Since it's inception in 1988, the brand has captivated fashion press, prominent retailers and consumers with their modern and sophisticated collections. The designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka built this evergreen yet modern iconic American Brand from the ground up.

Mischka with a background in engineering and Badgley, an accomplished equestrian, formed the company with their vision to create classic, signature style that is simple, streamlined and thoroughly elegant - One Zip and you're Fabulous!

The company continues to promote its social responsibility initiatives right alongside it's timeless designs. They have continued their efforts to "give back" supporting equine rescues, FEED AMERICA, Style For Hope and more.

Their collaboration with FEEDING AMERICA - an initiative on eBay Auctions, raised funds to provide over 200,000 meals to the most food vulnerable in the country during the pandemic. The auction provided a way to look at beautiful things and give to an important cause at the same time. For their part, Mark and James compiled a book of sketches to speak to their daily emotions "CORONA: LOVE IN THE TIME". Many of the sketches were signed and auctioned and a portion of profits donated to FEED AMERICA.
